Family apple picking, this is the first time we’ve went to the apple orchards together and I could see it turning into an annual tradition! We visited Simmons Farms and my two year old absolutely loved it. He was filling up on apples almost as quickly as we could pick them and loved picking them off the trees to help fill up the basket. At the end we got him to smile for the camera by saying “apple” instead of “cheese”! He’s always making us laugh.
Now we have more apples than we know what to do with, so I’m planning some recipes and going to try and make some homemade applesauce today!
