This is my second shopping edit on Zoë with Love (you can see my first one here), and I have to tell you, it’s very gratifying for me. I approach it by saving and collecting items through the month that I personally would love to own. Then, I edit it down to a select amount of items (I aim for under a dozen) that flow together nicely.
The shopping edit happens to have a relaxed, airy, beachy vibe which has reflected my mood lately (although oddly enough, there have been no beaches anywhere near my radar this month). There are things perfect to take on vacation with you, or that can make you feel a little bit more like you are on vacation. Every year, I want to seasonally update some art prints in my home, change out rugs/pillow/accessories, but I never seem to get to it. This rug (by Taylor Sterling of The Glitter Guide) is absolutely gorgeous and just debuted on Lulu and Georgia. I could picture it in an entryway with this California beach print and turquoise vase. Throw some pink or white flowers in there and you have an instant summer remodel.
