With this early spring we’ve been having I almost started to think it was time to put away the sweaters and winter apparel! I don’t know about where you live, but I’ve grown up in Ohio and now live in PA and February is not supposed to look like this. These temps actually make it a great time to re-style some winter staples into your spring outfits.
I bought this dress in January and didn’t think I was even going to get to use it. I’m so glad I picked it up because it is a great printed piece to wear with sweaters as we transition into some lighter spring styles. That is assuming we don’t get snow in March. I’m crossing my fingers we are in the clear! I wore this spring dress and oversized cardigan over the weekend and it was so nice to be outside in a dress without being cold!
This knit cardigan/sweater is actually a handmade piece by (I if remember correctly) my grandmother. My mom gave it to me one day and said something along the lines of “This looks like something you’d use” and she was 100% right. I love how chunky and oversized it is! I’ve been throwing it over my sleeveless dresses on days where it’s nice out but still with a bit of a chill in the air.

Cranberry girl here! I have definitely been taking advantage of this amazing weather and broke out all of my cutest spring dresses this week. Is there a better combo than a floral dress and cozy cardigan?? Totally the pb&j of fashion ♥! (also, practical – while Mother Nature says spring, the temps in my office are VERY much winter :()
