Sometimes you just deserve a cocktail, I know I did after this week! I love a classic moscow mule but was in the mood for one with some fall flavor. Plus, with all the pumpkin patches and farms we’ve been visiting lately I had plenty of apple cider to spare. I used that alongside Absolut Elyx copper handcrafted vodka to make an apple cider moscow mule that is seriously the perfect fall cocktail.
Absolut Elyx is a single estate, copper crafted vodka that is produced using winter wheat grown on one single estate in Southern Sweden. I’m not much of a liquor drinker but can appreciate a smooth spirit in a simple cocktail every so often. Elyx exemplifies that in it’s production that even includes a hand operated vintage copper still from 1921.
Between the autumnal vibes of the copper mugs (you can find the exact ones I used here), crisp apple cider and hint of lime with cinnamon; this is the perfect drink to enjoy this weekend with friends- Cheers! Scroll down for the recipe of the apple cider moscow mules.
